- To authenticate your Google account and provide access to the extension
- To search for available time slots across team member calendars
- To calculate travel times between locations using Google Maps

3. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's secure storage APIs:
- Chrome Sync Storage: Team member information and user settings are stored in Chrome's sync storage, which means they sync across your Chrome browsers when you're signed in
- Chrome Identity Storage: OAuth tokens are stored securely by Chrome's identity system
- No External Servers: We do not store any of your data on external servers. All processing happens locally on your device or through direct API calls to Google services

8. Chrome Web Store
